PRODUCT SUPPORT IOT
For our connected baby monitor(s) and associated apps, we guarantee that they will be supported with the necessary security updates and bug fixes for a minimum of 48 months from the first release date, and until a minimum of 24 months after they qualify as EOL (End of Life). During this period you can therefore be sure that you will always be able to continue to make optimal use of the baby monitor and the associated app.
We currently carry four connected baby monitor models: Luvion Grand Elite 4 Connect, Luvion Supreme Connect 2, Luvion Essential Connect & Luvion Smart Optics(Mini).

ORDERING
With every product that can be ordered you will find the button "Add to cart". When you click on it you will see that the product has been added to the shopping cart. The product is immediately placed in the basket. You can now continue shopping in our shop and add more products to the shopping cart. Or you can finish your order and pay.
The order process in our shop consists of the following 4 steps:
Products
This is an overview of all our products in the shopping cart. You can change the quantities per product or remove products. You can also change the delivery costs by choosing the country of destination. If you have received a coupon code, you can also enter it here. At the bottom of the page you will find combi deals and accessories that belong to the selected products.
Enter your details
Here you can enter your details, these are the details on the invoice. If you have a different delivery address, you can choose a different delivery option here: a different address.
Confirming your order
By confirming the order you indicate that you agree with our terms and conditions. From this moment on, the products will be reserved for you for 24 hours. You are not yet obliged to purchase, the purchase is only final when the payment has been completed.
Payment options
In this step you indicate how you wish to pay.
Cancel or change your order?
If you want to change or cancel your order please contact our customer service directly. They know exactly where your order is and they will help you quickly and easily with any desired changes. If your order has already been shipped, we will also help you, however, we cannot directly change the existing order.
Collecting products?
Feel free to visit us in Delft! Please contact us to tell us when you are coming and what you are interested in, and we will make the product ready for you. You can pay with pin and cash.
PAYMENT
Ideal(The Netherlands)
With iDeal, you pay for your purchase in the same way as when you bank online, on the website of your own bank.
The advantages of iDeal;
- The transaction is secured by your own bank
- The transaction is 'direct', your order can (if in stock) be delivered directly.
- No additional costs will be charged for the transaction
Mr. Cash (Belgium)
This is the most widely used payment option for our Belgian customers. With Mr Cash it is possible to pay within the trusted and safe environment of your own bank.
Pre-transfer/transfer
You can pay in advance by bank transfer. As soon as you have placed an order, you can pay by bank transfer, mentioning the order number. Please note that it may take a day before we see the bank transfer appear on our account.
Credit Card
Through our payment program Multisafepay you can pay with VISA and Mastercard. It is possible that you are asked for verifiedbyVisa or the Mastercard Securecode. This offers extra security when paying.
Cash or PIN in Delft
Some customers choose to pick up the order from us. You can pay by PIN or Cash.
DELIVERY
DPD
We ship our parcels with DPD.
Delivery times
If you order and pay before 4 p.m. on weekdays, we ship it the same day from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
In the Netherlands and close/bordering countries, orders sent by parcel post will usually be offered to you the next day (with the exception of Sundays), for more distant destinations it may take up to 3 or 4 days maximum. Products that we send by envelope may take longer.

Track en trace
After you have placed an order, and we give it to the DPD, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking code to track your order.
SHIPPING COSTS
We ship with DPD parcel service.
Orders over €50 are shipped free of charge to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.
The following shipping and handling fees apply for orders up to €50:

Standard parcel - €5.95
Belgium & Germany

Standard parcel - €11.50
Different rates apply for shipments to a DPD service point.
RETURNS
Returns within the approval period
Not satisfied with the product? You can return it within 14 days of receipt. Follow the steps below.
Packaging
- Pack the products in their original condition and packaging in a box
- Fill out your returns form here.
- Write your name on the box
- Write "RETURN WITHIN THE APPROVAL PERIOD" on the box
Shipping
- Deliver the package to a shipping point of your choice
- Keep the shipping receipt in a safe place
When will we refund you?
We will transfer the costs you incurred to you within 14 days of cancellation.
Where will I receive the refund?
We will refund the amount in the same way you paid.

WARRANTY
Warranty
We sell quality products, but there's always the possibility of a problem. The standard warranty period is 24 months. If you wish to make a warranty claim on a product, please contact us by phone, email, or via the contact form below.
We always strive to resolve any defects as quickly as possible. If we can't resolve the issue by phone, you can return the item to us. Our specialists will then attempt to resolve the problem. This is free of charge if it's within the warranty period and the defect is not due to misuse (drops, impacts, etc.) or normal wear and tear (reduced battery life, etc.). If repairs are not covered by the warranty, we will always consult with you before starting any repairs. If repair is not possible, we will, of course, let you know. The product will then be replaced or an alternative solution will be offered.
RMA form
If you want to return a product for repair, always contact our customer service first. They will then send you the necessary information, such as the RMA form.
